Pele Peacock Fischer is the principal of Peacock Legal, PLC, a government affairs and legal consulting firm. Through a comprehensive approach to policy development and advocacy, Peacock Legal is focused on advancing the business and policy goals of its clients.
Pele has extensive experience helping clients with:
- Developing legislative strategies including: research, analysis, legislative bill drafting, and evaluating legal and political implications.
- Arizona policy and navigating the legislative and regulatory environment.
- Advocacy, problem solving, and consensus/coalition building.
- Arizona policy and legislation efforts.
Prior to starting Peacock Legal, Pele served as the Vice President of Policy and Political Affairs for the Arizona Medical Association where she directed strategies in legal, political, and regulatory development and advocacy. Before joining the Arizona Medical Association, Pele served as a Senior Policy Advisor and Staff Attorney for the Arizona House of Representatives for multiple committees including: Health, Human Services, Commerce, and Technology and Infrastructure.
Pele is actively involved in the greater Arizona community serving on the board or committees of the Arizona Public Health Association, the Arizona Partnership for Immunization, Health Current, Arizona’s Bio-science Road-map Steering Committee, the Arizona Chamber, Fresh Start, Girl Scouts – Troop Pearl, among others.
